In my part of California spring arrives early. In mid February the almonds are blooming, and day by day, more stuff "springs". Tulips peek out, so do daffodils, camellias. In March its peach blossoms, lilac, daisies, some roses, iris. In April its rhododendron and coreopsis time. In May it gets kind of hot, and many spring flowers depart. I'm really looking forward to spring every year!
